In 2010, Griffith Real Estate Services, was named Family Business of the Year in the small business category by Wake Forest University’s Family Business Center and Business North Carolina. Griffith Real Estate Services grew out of the E.C. Griffith Company, developer of many of Charlotte’s finest neighborhoods and one of Charlotte’s oldest family owned real estate firms and businesses.
