Griffith Lakes

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the first phase of Griffith Lakes, a planned community being developed in conjunction with Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury home builder.

Griffith Lake’s first offerings include a mix of single-family and townhome collections specially designed for the community by Toll Brothers, all with open floor plans, luxury appointments and expansive outdoor living spaces.  A clubhouse and impressive amenity complex is planned for completion in 2025.

Celebrating the Outdoors

Celebrating the power of the outdoors, Griffith Lakes will offer residents a wide variety of activities ranging from daily walks and runs on wooded trails, kayaking and paddle boating on the community’s lakes, and swimming in the indoor-outdoor pool. Residents will also enjoy working out in the expansive fitness center and pickleball games, tennis, and bocce ball with friends and neighbors. Residents will also have the option of driving their own golf carts on trails integrated into the Griffith Lakes Green Eco Plan.

Griffith Lakes totals 395 acres including the neighborhoods and commercial making up the initial community (325 acres) and the TOD (70 acres). More than 153 acres of open space including lakes will be preserved and restricted from development. This includes green spaces and trails aligning the lakes as well as other trails that will connect to a future extension of the Mallard Creek Greenway and Cross-Charlotte Trail.

We invite you to learn more about this exciting new community and to tour its first model homes. You won’t be disappointed.

Retail, Offices, and Apartments Planned

Griffith Lakes is slated to include a grocery store, shops, offices, and apartments as part of a town center on the north side of the property. Timing and specific plans for these offerings is still being determined. A Transit Oriented Development (TOD) adjacent to the proposed Red Line commuter rail line is also planned when the Red Line is approved by local municipalities.
