The following spring luxury builder Toll Brothers commenced its initial sales efforts, pre-selling townhomes from a neighboring shopping center. Toll’s first townhome and single-family models opened later that spring and summer.
To say that the response has been positive is an understatement. Since opening for sales, more than 375 homebuyers have decided to call this community home by purchasing at Griffith Lakes. The story keeps getting better as Toll has expanded the number of home collections offered and begun construction of the community’s third phase. Recently completed the community’s clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, playground, and pickleball courts are as spectacular as their setting.

Griffith Lakes is slated to include a grocery store, shops, offices, and apartments as part of a town center on the north side of the property. Timing and specific plans for these offerings is still being determined. A Transit Oriented Development (TOD) adjacent to the proposed Red Line commuter rail line is also planned when the Red Line is approved by local municipalities.
